STATS ChipPAC: +5.6%. Grp today provided an update for 4Q12. STATS ChipPAC now expects net revenues for the fourth quarter 2012 to be approximately $475m to $482m, an increase of approximately 16% to 18% vs the prior quarter due to higher communications market demand and strong ramp in advanced silicon node wafers for high end smartphones and tablets. STATS ChipPAC further expects adjusted EBITDA1 to be in the range of 25% to 26% of revenue and expects capital expenditure2 to be in the range of $55m to $60m in 4Q12.
