STX OSV: Company just announced a Dealings Disclosure, that Och-Ziff Capital on 9 Jan 2013 has decreased their shareholding from 11.68% to 11.57%, selling 1.289m shares on the market. Recall that OZ also decreased its holdings over the period of 3rd-4th Jan.
