Super Grp

Super Grp: (The Edge) Embarking on a new branding campaign, with new logo to take place in March and grp opening its maiden cafe at The Star Vista. The grp's traditional customers based in Msia and SG are ppl above the age of 40, and naturally the customers purchasing power decreases as they grow old, hence grp aiming to target younger consumers as well. Grp is also looking to expand its product range and is building 2 facilities in Msia to produce freeze dried soluble coffee powder and botanical freeze dried extracts in order to offer premium coffee and tea products. UOB Kay Hian has a TP of $3.71 for the stock, implying a 23.5x FY13 P/E, which is a the top end of the stocks PE range since 2003, but grp note that strong cash flow of $60m per yr, solid execution and market share in selective growth markets such as Myanmar, Indo and Philippines will put the grp on a new growth trajectory.
